Family Relationships

Having a baby can be an exciting and happy time for many parents but not everyone will feel the same way all the time.

Life is likely to change for you and your family - whether you are already a parent or becoming a parent for the first time.

You might find it helpful to prepare for the changes by thinking about your expectations of being a parent and how you, your family and friends will feel when your baby arrives.

In this section we’re going to look at relationships and how these are affected when we become parents.
