Feeding your baby

Have you thought about how you would like to feed your baby? This can feel like a hard decision to make, but thinking about it before baby arrives may help you to decide. It’s a decision that only you can make, so get as much information as you can before you decide.

Talking to your midwife, partner, family and friends may help. There are lots of groups and drop-ins, some specially designed for pregnant women who want to know more about breastfeeding. You can find out more information by asking your midwife, health visitor, local peer supporter groups or visit your local Children’s Centre.
